One of my all-time fav pics of my dad, Allen Hively, from a #skydiving World Record he organized on October 12, 1979. It was the largest formation skydive at the time, only 36 people, completed above Hatbox Field, in Muskogee, Oklahoma.

I haven’t been back to the airport since I was a kid, so visiting again, today, reminded me of how badass my dad is!

Just a bunch of #hippie skydivers, being awesome!

A couple weeks ago I had a free day of skydiving at my home do. My goal wasn’t to make as many as possible, it was simply to make a bunch of fun jumps with friends, while offering free coaching to anyone that asked. I ended up making 17 great jumps. This one was my last jump of the day, leading a tracking dive. Photo was taken just after exit, by Chris Lentini.
